SAN FRANCISCO, CA – T.Y. Lin International (TYLI) announces the acquisition of FRA Engineering & Architecture, P.C. FRA officially joined TYLI, an internationally recognized, full-service infrastructure consulting firm, on November 6, 2007. Founded in 1992, FRA has since grown to a staff of more than 100 professionals serving clients throughout the Eastern United States.
