James Walton Joins FRA as Junior Structural Engineer

James Walton has joined FRA’s Rochester office as a Junior Structural Engineer. He is a recent graduate of the Rochester Institute of Technology, having obtained his bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering Technology. He will be responsible for providing structural design and support to the Rochester office’s structures group.

FRA, a T.Y. Lin International Company, is a professional consulting firm that provides full-service engineering and architectural services to clients throughout the United States from 28 offices across the country.
