Our process starts with identifying existing conditions, and then moves to visioning. From there, we help predict future conditions, and then make recommendations. However, while most consultants stop after recommendations are made, FRA takes you further by helping you implement those recommendations. This includes prioritizing projects, identifying lead agency and required processes, providing planning level cost estimates, and identifying funding opportunities.
